I am 100% mobile (without the truck) and bring my portable pizza station to you - where ever you are.

Each "Neapolitan" style pizza is handcrafted and baked live on-site using the most fresh and quality ingredients. 

 

Stand by the fire to watch, learn and engage as I make each pizza right before your eyes. It's more than just pizza... it's a pizza experience.

Story telling is my passion.  When making pizzas or teaching a class, I love to show people all that I have to offer.

I use only the most natural and freshest ingredients and believe the quality of the ingredients I use can turn even the simplest meal into something sensational.
