Before launching The Urban Epicurean (originally established out of Boston), Tony had a successful career in National radio sales, but left it all to pursue his passion for cooking and attend Cambridge Culinary school. During that time, Tony also appeared on national television on the Fox network's series premiere of Gordon Ramsay's reality cooking show "MasterChef" and finished as a top 10 finalist.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Tony comes from a history of great family cooks who inspired his love of food and cooking. Tony's true labor of love has become pizza making. He has spent the last three years perfecting his process to ensure his pizza will be the best pizza you have ever had.
The Urban Epicurean is licensed for public events, insured and is a business participant with Kitchen Local, a certified shared use kitchen space located in Amesbury, MA.
