• Coffee Dry Rubbed New York Strip Steak

  • Slow Roasted New York Strip Steak with a Seasoned Coffee Rub, served with a Fresh Chimichurri Sauce

• Filet or New York Strip Steak with Red Wine Reduction and Garlic Herb Butter

• Roasted "Deck of Card" Potatoes

  • Mandolin Sliced Potatoes, each layer individually dipped in a fresh herb rendered garlic bacon butter, slow roasted and garnished with crispy bacon
